Q: Is Bubbles and Squeak insured?
A: Yes, we are Bonded and Insured.
Q: Do you bring your own supplies?
A: No not usually, we have found every home and office has a variety of cleaning supplies to suit their own personal needs. Also by using our clients own vacuum cleaner, mop and supplies it is more sanitary and clean for your home/office and absolutely no possible way to transfer dirt or even bugs from location to location!
Q: What is included with the introductory offer?
A: A Because each home is unique we will complete-one kitchen, up to 3 bathrooms and flooring vacuumed and mopped on 2 levels. As time allows more areas if not your entire home may be cleaned!It all depends upon size, level of cleanliness and tidiness. More hours may be booked with the special rate for the same day if you wish. After the first visit, your rate will be determined by the number of hours and frequency you book with Bubbles and Squeak. Feel free to call us to discuss details.
Q: Is your agency pet friendly?
A: Absolutely! Leave a few treats for the team to give to your pet! We will want to know your pet/s name, indoor or outdoor preference ect…
Q: Can I refer a friend or business associate to your service?
A: Yes, please do! and be sure to read our promotions page for the special discounts!
Q: What do I need to do before Bubbles and Squeak arrives?
A: So a full and efficient cleaning will be done,we ask that you do a general tidy up, such as pick up toys, organize desks etc..but don’t clean, that’s why we are coming!
Q: Who will be coming and at what time?
A: Professionally trained staff on their own or in teams of two, every effort is made to have the same person or team work in your home/office each visit.
Between the hours of 8am-6pm, usually morning or afternoon schedules for homes. Evenings and weekends for offices only. Specific times cannot be guaranteed.
Q: How much notice should I give if I need to schedule or cancel a cleaning?
A: Call as soon as you need to schedule a cleaning! We will do our best to accommodate you.
Cancelling, 48 hours are needed or a $50 charge applies. If your regular cleaning day falls on a holiday, prior arrangements can be made to schedule a day that best suits you! Read Terms and Conditions, if using Bubbles and Squeak you agree to all Terms.
Q: How do I pay?
A: Payments are made in cash or cheque, PayPal, email money transfer plus TAX on the day of the cleaning.You will be quoted with your regular rate. Leave in an envelope marked Bubbles and Squeak on your kitchen counter. If you are leaving a tip please place in a separate envelope for the team. Remember your introductory 4 hours cleaning is only $89.27(with HST included) Paypal or interac payments can also be arranged.
Q: What if I am not home?
A: Most people are not at home during a cleaning, arrangements are made before each cleaning. If you choose to give us your key, it is kept in a safe lock box until needed.
